Enable startup beans in the administrative console

Enable startup beans in the administrative console enables Java 2 Platform Enterprise Edition (J2EE) applications to run business logic automatically, whenever an application starts or stops normally.

Use the following steps to enable startup beans in the administrative console.

Tasks

1. Start the administrative console.

2. Select Servers > Application Servers > server > Container Services > Startup beans service.

3. Select the Enable service at server startup check box.

4. Click Apply to save the configuration.
