Distributed environment settings
Use this page to specify a type for saving a session in a distributed environment.

Note that the distributed environment settings can be overridden at the application level.
Distributed sessions
Type of distributed environment to be used for saving sessions.
Information Value None Specifies that the session management facility discards the session data when the server shuts down. Database Specifies that the session management facility stores session information in the data source specified by the data source connection settings. Click Database to change these data source settings. Memory-to-memory replication Specifies that the session management facility stores the session information in a data source in memory. The session information is copied to other session management facilities for failure recovery. Click Memory-to-memory replication to change these data source settings.
