Delete endpoint listener configurations

Use this task to delete endpoint listener configurations using the dmgr console.

We cannot delete an endpoint listener that has inbound ports associated with it. If you try to do this, an error is generated. Before we can delete an endpoint listener, either delete each associated inbound service or remove each associated port from the port list for the inbound service.

Decide which method to use to configure these resources. We can delete an endpoint listener configuration using the dmgr console as described in this task, or using the deleteSIBWSEndpointListener command. To remove one or more endpoint listener configurations, complete the following steps:

  1. Start the dmgr console.
  2. In the navigation pane, click Servers -> Server Types -> WebSphere application servers -> server_name -> Endpoint listeners. A list of endpoint listeners is displayed in an endpoint listener collection form.

  3. Select the check box for every endpoint listener configuration to remove.

  4. Click Delete.

Results

If the processing completes successfully, the list of endpoint listeners is updated. Otherwise, an error message is displayed.
