Enable secure hashing

By default, secure hashing is set to false. Enabling secure hashing might have a minor affect on performance.

To enable secure hashing, set the system property com.ibm.xml.xci.enableSecureHash to true. For example:

-Dcom.ibm.xml.xci.enableSecureHash=true
