Tune operating systems
We can tune the operating system to optimize the performance of WAS.
Tune parameters are specific to operating systems. Because these operating systems are not WebSphere Application Server products, be aware that the products can change and results can vary.
Check the operating system documentation to determine how to make the tuning parameters changes permanent and if a reboot is required.
