Clean the system after uninstalling the product
The uninstallation program leaves some files that can prevent you from reinstalling into the original directory. Delete files and registry entries to clean the machine so that you can reinstall into any directory. If you are not planning to reinstall the product, you do not have to clean the system.
We can reinstall the product without a clean system; however, such an installation creates a coexistence scenario that can prevent you from installing into the original directory.
