Step 9: Make phone calls in web applications
Install and start the application that we have enhanced.
Procedure
- Make sure that the application that contains the page with the embedded ClickToCall widget is running.
- Browse to the page with the embedded ClickToCall widget, enter your source SIP URI, and then click the Call button.
To successfully test using the soft phones and specify numbers or addresses when using the ClickToCall widget, the SIP phone numbers must be specified in the format sip:userName@hostName, where hostName is the host name or IP address of the SIP proxy or IP PBX.
- Answer the source phone when it rings.
- Answer the destination phone when it rings.
