Create the target job manager profile

 

Step 2: Scenario 4: Flexible Management: Migrating a job manager profile and its registered set of servers

The target job manager profile is a new job manager profile that is located on the target of the job manager migration.

Procedure

1. Run the manageprofiles command with the appropriate parameters to create a new job manager profile. For example:

   C:\WebSphere\AppServer70\bin>manageprofiles.bat -create -profileName JobMgr01 -p
   rofilePath \WebSphere\AppServer70\profiles\JobMgr01 -templatePath \WebSphere\App
   Server70\profileTemplates\management -serverType JOB_MANAGER -nodeName JobMgr01N
   ode01 -cellName JobMgr01Cell01 -hostName localhost
