Verify the logs for success

 


Step 8: Scenario 3: Flexible Management: Migrating an admin agent profile and its registered set of managed base application servers

Once the WASPostUpgrade command is completed, check the console output and logs for any warnings or errors. If there are errors, check the error codes against the v8.0 Information Center for more information. If the command completed successfully, then it is not necessary to check the logs for errors or warnings.


Procedure

  1. Check the WASPostUpgrade console output for "Failed with errors" or "Completed with warnings".
  2. Look in the following logs for warnings or errors:

    • <migration backupdir>/logs/WASPostMigrationSummary.log
    • WASPostUpgrade. <target profile name>. < timestamp >.log
    • WASPostUpgrade. <target profile name>.trace
