Tuning Windows systems


This page describes how to tune Windows 2000, Windows XP, and Windows 2003 operating systems to optimize the performance of WAS. Because Windows operating systems are not WAS products, be aware that WAS NDs can change and results can vary.

When we have a performance concern, check the operating system settings to determine if they are appropriate for the application.
