Configure core group preferred coordinators

To host coordinators, the HA manager selects from an ordered list of preferred core group servers. Appservers in the list should infrequently start and stop, be stable, and be located on systems with a lot of memory and fast CPUs. Avoid using deployment managers as core group coordinators.

Set the most preferred server at the top of the list.

Synchronize changes with nodes after saving your changes.
