Node group member settings

Use this page to view or change the configuration or topology settings for a node group member.

To view this console page, click System Administration > Node groups > node group name > Node group members > node group member name.

 

Configuration tab

Name

Specify a logical name for the node group member. A node group member is a node. The name must be unique within the cell.

A node group member name usually is identical to the host name for the computer.

Data type	String
Maximum length	64 characters

The name must contain alphanumeric or national language characters and can start with a number.
