Mozilla 1.7 support for national languages
Mozilla 1.7 might not be available on your native language and operating system combination. In addition, certain versions of Mozilla are required for WAS ND on certain operating system platforms. The WAS V6.x distributed product is supported on these native languages:
- Brazillian Portuguese
- English
- French
- German
- Italian
- Japanese
- Korean
- Spanish
- Simplified Chinese
- Traditional Chinese
Versions of Mozilla earlier than 1.7 have known security exposures. Details regarding these security exposures are available from the Mozilla Web site: http://www.mozilla.org/projects/security/known-vulnerabilities.html

The launchpad application can fail to start the ISMP installer on AIX 5L if Mozilla 1.7.8. or later is not installed. The installation image for the 64-bit WebSphere
Application Server ND for AIX product (V6.0.2) requires Mozilla 1.7.8 or later to run the installer from the launchpad. See Preparing AIX systems for installation.
Mozilla frequently adds to the list of native languages and operating system combinations that are supported on Mozilla releases, so check their Web site for updates: http://www.mozilla.org/releases/
