Troubleshoot copying document libraries

What to do if an error message is displayed while copying a large document library.

When copying a large document library, containing 5,000 documents or more, we might see this error message: Error 409: Our previous request is still being processed. Wait a few moments and try again. To resolve the error, increase the session timeout so that the browser does not timeout while waiting for the library to finish copying. If the browser times out, the library copy operation continues to run, but no notification is received when the copy operation completes. The session timeout value is set in the administrative console under Application Servers > WebSphere_Portal > Container Settings > Web Container Settings > Session Management.
