Setting restrictions keeps the document repository organized and prevents unwanted changes to documents and folders.
For example, you may want project managers to have authority to delete files, but restrict writers to opening and editing files. Administrators determine user authorization for these tasks by setting access controls.
To be an administrator, have access to the Resource Permissions portlet. We can give another user administrator access by adding the user to the Content Administrators user group.
