Be sure we can log in and navigate pages on each node. Activate only one node at a time to verify them

Failover/session recovery (if HTTP session failover used)

1. Log in to one portal, navigate to a page
2. Stop that node (kill the process)
3. Click a link, and validate that you are on the same page on a different node

Dynacache configuration

1. Log in one node as a typical end user
2. Log in another node as administrator
3. As administrator, modify the layout of a page
4. Validate that the page change is seen by the other user on the other node after logoff/login

Portlet deployment

1. Log in to two nodes as the same user
2. Install a portlet on one node
3. Synchronize and activate the portlet
4. Add the portlet to a page on the other node and test the portlet
