Index views

Use the index views to view lists of items you have access to. The index views you have access to are determined by the level of access you have to a specific library.

draft items Where you are individually specified as an author

Any items that have a group you belong to specified as an author are not displayed in the "draft", "pending", "published", "expired" or "deleted" views. They only display items where you are individually specified as an author.

Forms and dialogs

When you create a new item, view an item or edit an item a form opens in a new tab within the authoring portlet. We can have multiple item forms opened at the same time.

When editing a form, some actions will open as dialogs. These will replace the current view until closed.
