Running scripts to set up sample application pages

 

Run XMLAccess scripts provided with IBM^® WebSphere^® Dashboard Framework to add the sample application to WebSphere Portal. After you create a project with the required feature sets and set up a database and data source, the portlets can be placed on WebSphere Portal. Follow the steps for the platform on which your application server runs. These scripts also deploy the Alerts and Annotations portlets.

 

• Setting up sample application pages on AIX, Linux, and Solaris
  Run XMLAccess scripts to place portlets on an application server running AIX^®, Linux^®, or Solaris.

   

• Setting up sample application pages on Windows
  Run XMLAccess scripts to place portlets on an application server running on Microsoft^® Windows^®.
