How to Use the Web Service Enable Builder

Use this builder to specify a descripti on for the services this model provides as well as to specify a specific XML namespace for the WSDL document.

Specifying Inputs

The Web Service Properties builder takes the inputs described in the table below. For help on inputs common to many or all builders such as those in the Properties and HTML Attributes input groups, see "Using the Builder Call Editor ."

Input Name Description
Name Enter a name for this builder call. The Designer displays this name in the Builder Call List.
Description Enter a description for the services that this model provides. This text appears as a general description for the WSDL document generated by the Web Service Enable builder.
Namespace The XML Target Namespace associated with the WSDL document generated for services enabled in this model.
This namespace entry is used to put a namespace on the WSDL for targetNamespace. This namespace entry has no bearing on the inbound routing, which is driven by the Namespace specified in the Web Service Enable builder.
