Use RECOVER BSDS to reestablish a dual bootstrap data set (BSDS) after one has been disabled by a data set error.
Command processing consists of allocating a data set with the same name as the one that encountered the error and copying onto the new data set the contents of the BSDS that does not have an error.

Notes:
- Valid only when the queue manager is a member of a queue-sharing group.
