ALTER CHANNEL

Use ALTER CHANNEL to alter the parameters of a channel.

1. For cluster-sender channels, we can only alter channels that have been created manually.

2. If you change the XMITQ name or the CONNAME, reset the sequence number at both ends of the channel. (See RESET CHANNEL for information about the SEQNUM parameter.)
