Migration from earlier versions

If migrating to WebSphere MQ v6 from a version prior to v5.3 (that is, WebSphere MQ v5.2 or earlier), perform a two-stage migration: first migrate to WebSphere MQ v5.3.1, then migrate to WebSphere MQ v6.
