Changes for this edition (SC34-6592-00)

The changes to this edition of Using C++ include:

• New attributes and methods have been added to the classes ImqChannel, ImqQueue and ImqQueueManager.

• A change to supported compiler versions.

• The Appendix containing reason codes has been removed. All reason codes are now documented in WebSphere MQ Messages.

• References to earlier versions of WebSphere MQ or MQSeries have been removed.

• Lists of changes to previous editions have been removed.

• Minor editorial corrections.
