This is the time when the definition was last changed. The format of the time is

HH.MM.SS using the 24-hour clock, with a leading zero if the hour is less than 10 (for example

09.10.20).

• On z/OS, the time is Greenwich Mean Time (GMT), subject to the system clock being set accurately to GMT.

• In other environments, the time is local time.
