A filter that defines whether or not trace will be enabled for the request as it moves through WebSphere.

Allowed Values:  URI   EJB   SOURCE_IP

filterValues

A uri value or ip name that can be specified, based on the type of filter. For example, for URI filters, the value might be "/servlet/snoop".
