Use the "Add Links" Button
After Content has been created it is possible to link Content to more than one Site or Site Area:
- Click through to...
Web Content Management | Content Management | Content Library | Content by Site Area
- Select the Site Area you would like to link your content to and then click the Add Links button.
- The Link Content dialogue box will open. Choose the Content you would like to link to the Site Area from the Index.
- Click OK The chosen Content Items are now linked to the Site Area.

have Read access to a Site Area to use the Add Links button.
When choosing a Site Area to link Content to, ensure that the Site or Site Area you choose has a valid Template-Presentation Template relationship.
When previewing Content that is linked to more than one Site or Site Area, a dialogue will open allowing you to choose which view you wish to preview.
When previewing a page, you are viewing the page as the User you are logged into the Authoring Portlet as. To preview a Page as a User with a different level of access than your own, such as Anonymous, open another browser session and preview the site as that User.
