When choosing a Site Area to link Content to, ensure that the Site or Site Area you choose has a valid Template-Presentation Template relationship.

When previewing Content that is linked to more than one Site or Site Area, a dialogue will open allowing you to choose which view you wish to preview.

When previewing a page, you are viewing the page as the User you are logged into the Authoring Portlet as. To preview a Page as a User with a different level of access than your own, such as Anonymous, open another browser session and preview the site as that User.
