Document Manager Component Form - Document Manager Resource

Document ID Displays the path to the selected Document Manager document.
Search Click the Search button to launch a dialog for browsing or searching for Document Manager documents.
Preview Click the Preview button to display the content of the selected Document Manager document.
Details Click the Details button to display a view listing the details of the selected Document Manager document.
Clear Click the Clear button to clear the selected Document Manager document from the Document Manager Component. The form is returned to its initial blank state.
Document V The following details of the selected Document Manager document are displayed here:

Title.
Description.
Author.
Date Modified.

These details refer to the Document Manager document itself, not the Document Manager Component.
Lock / Unlock Version By default, Document Manager Components are "locked".
The Document Manager Component can then be unlocked by clicking Unlock VIf Unlocked, each time the Document Manager Component is rendered, the current version is retrieved from Document Manager.
Clicking the Lock Vbutton will lock the Document Manager Component to the current version. If the Document Manager document is updated, the Document Manager Component will not use the updated version, but will used the "locked" version.
Refresh V Updates the locked Document Manager document reference to the latest version stored in Document Manager. The status of the Document Manager Component is still considered as locked.
