Download the Trade3.1 package
You can download the Trade3.1 code from the following Web site:
http://www.ibm.com/software/webservers/appserv/was/performance.htmlAfter downloading the file trade3Install.zip, unzip the package on the Deployment Manager machine. A directory called t3install will be created. This directory contains all Trade3.1 files.
Trade3.1 uses a database to store its data. Thus you have to create a DB2 database called "Trade3db" on the database server and DB2 client access must be set up on each appserver node.
Attention: At the time of writing this book, Trade3.1 was not yet available for download from the Web site mentioned above. Only Trade3 (for WAS V5.0) was downloadable. However, the updated code will become available in the near future.
Please note that you cannot use Trade3 with a WAS V5.1 installation, this version can only be used for WAS V5.0.
