Enterprise applications

 

Enterprise applications conform to the J2EE specification and consist of any or all of the following:

1. EJB modules
2. Web modules
3. Connector modules (packaged in RAR files)
4. Application client modules
5. JAR files containing dependent classes or other components required by the application

A J2EE application is represented by, and packaged in, an enterprise archive file.
