Anonymous session This option is for WebSphere® Portal targeted portlets only. If this check box is selected, a JSR 168 and JSR 286 compliant portlet can obtain a persistent HTTP Session on an unauthenticated page that is persistent over multiple requests. If this option is not selected, the session object is lost after each request. Refer to Caching portlet output in the appropriate version of theWebSphere Portal product documentation for details about related settings.
Portlet serving enabled This option is for WAS targeted portlets only. Selecting this check box allows you to create and edit the ibm-portlet-ext.xmi
