Manually install the MobileFirst Server administration during the upgrade

We can manually install the MobileFirst Server administration as part of the MobileFirst Server upgrade.

Since IBM Worklight Foundation v6.2.0, install the administration components. To manually set up the MobileFirst Server administration, follow the steps detailed in Manually install MobileFirst Server administration.
