Migrate projects to v6.3.0 using MobileFirst Platform Command Line Interface

If we are using IBM MobileFirst Platform Command Line Interface to develop an IBM MobileFirst Platform Foundation project that is from any release before v6.3.0, the project is automatically migrated to v6.3.0.

When you run the mfp add command or the mfp build command, or when the MobileFirst Server starts, the project.is migrated to v6.3.0.
