Configure the DB2 database manually for Application Center

We configure the DB2 database manually by creating the database, creating the database tables, and then configuring the relevant application server to use this database setup.

1. Create the database. This step is described in Create the DB2 database for Application Center.

2. Create the tables in the database. This step is described in Set up the DB2 database manually for Application Center.

3. Perform the application server-specific setup as the following list shows.
