Specify a CipherSpec for an IBM MQ MQI client

We have three options for specifying a CipherSpec for an IBM MQ MQI client.

These options are as follows:

Use a channel definition table
Use the SSLCipherSpec field in the MQCD structure, at MQCD_VERSION_7 or higher, on an MQCONNX call.
Use the Active Directory (on Windows systems with Active Directory support)
