User IDs used in queue sharing group scenario

The following user IDs are used:
- BATCHID
- Batch application (Job or TSO ID)
- MSGUSR
- UserIdentifier in MQMD (context user ID)
- MOVER1
- QM1 channel initiator address space user ID
- MOVER2
- QM2 channel initiator address space user ID
- MCATCP
- MCAUSER specified on the TCP/IP receiver channel definition
- MCALU62
- MCAUSER specified on the LU 6.2 receiver channel definition
