Set up the server and client using IBM MQ Explorer on Windows

We can use IBM MQ Explorer to create the objects that we need to use to verify a client installation on Windows. On the server, you create a queue manager, a local queue, a listener and a server-connection channel. On the client system you create a client-connection channel. Then from the command line we use the sample PUT and GET programs to complete the verification procedure.
