Troubleshooting is the process of finding and eliminating the cause of a problem. If you are having problems with IBM MQ Explorer, use the techniques described to help you diagnose and solve them.
We can prevent many problems with your object definitions and messaging configurations by testing your object definitions for potential problems. For more information, see Testing your object definitions for problems.
If an error message is displayed while we are working in IBM MQ Explorer, click More Details on the error message to display more information about the problem.
