Operate in a DR/HA environment

When operating in a DR/HA environment there are separate considerations for high availability and disaster recovery.

If the node on which a DR/HA RDQM is running fails, the RDQM automatically fails over to another node in that HA group. If the entire site fails, then we must manually start the RDQM on the preferred node in the HA group on the recovery site.
