COM+ errors when you install on MSCS

When you install IBM MQ on a newly-installed MSCS cluster, you might find an error with Source COM+ and Event ID 4691 reported in the Application Event log.

This means that we are trying to run IBM MQ on a Microsoft Cluster Server (MSCS) environment when the Microsoft Distributed Transaction Coordinator (MSDTC) has not been configured to run in such an environment.
