Connect method

Connects the MQQueueManager object to a real queue manager via the IBM MQ MQI client or server. As well as making the connection, this method also opens the queue manager object so that it can be queried.

Sets IsConnected to TRUE.

A maximum of one MQQueueManager object per ActiveX instance is allowed to connect to a queue manager.
