Retrieve the tags assigned to a specific blog 

To retrieve the tags assigned to a specific blog, use the HTTP GET request to retrieve the tags category document for that blog.

This method returns the tags assigned to a single blog. If you want to retrieve the tags assigned to all of the posts in all blogs, see Retrieve the tags assigned to all blog posts for all blogs.

It is included in the web address of the blog and in the URIs that are used to query the entries in a blog.	A list of all tags associated with a specific blog in an Atom category document as defined in the Atompub specification.

A category Atom document of blog tags.

Indicates that the tags were successfully found and returned.
