Enable single sign-on for Domino
If your organization uses IBM Connections in a Domino environment, you can enable user authentication and single sign-on (SSO).
Before starting
Before you can enable SSO, be able to access the installed IBM Connections applications from a web browser.Notes:
- This is an optional configuration.
- This task applies to Quickr D. For information about enabling single sign-on (SSO) for Quickr J, see the Enable single sign-on for Lotus Quickr topic.
- If you are using a reverse proxy, enter the reverse proxy address in the LotusConnections-Config.xml file.
- If you are enabling SSO between Lotus Connections and a product that is deployed on a pre-6.1 version of WAS, first complete the steps described in the Enable single sign-on for stand-alone LDAP topic.
About this task
Single sign-on enables users to log into one application of IBM Connections and switch to other applications and resources without having to authenticate again.To set up SSO in a Domino environment, go to the Enable single sign-on for Domino wiki page and follow the instructions there.
