How do I add and remove wiki members?

You can add and remove wiki members if you are the owner or a Manager of the wiki. You can also change a member's access.


Do the following to add, remove, or edit the access of wiki members:

  1. Open the wiki.

  2. Expand the Site Tools section in the lower left.

  3. Click Members and Roles.

  4. Do any of the following:

    Option Description

    To add a member or group

    1. Click Add Members.

    2. Select one of these access levels:

      • Editor: Editors can read, edit, comment, create, recommend, and delete pages.

      • Reader: Readers can read and recommend pages.

      • Manager: Managers can read, edit, comment, create, recommend, and delete pages, tag the wiki, and change the wiki description.

    3. Type the name and select it.

    4. Click Add groups.

    5. Select Editor, Reader, or Manager.

    6. Type the name and select it.

    7. Click OK.

    To remove a member

    1. Click the Remove link below their name.

    2. Click OK.

    To change member access

    1. Click Edit below their name.

    2. Select one of these access levels:

      • Editor: Editors can read, edit, comment, create, recommend, and delete pages.

      • Reader: Readers can read and recommend pages.

      • Manager: Managers can read, edit, comment, create, recommend, and delete pages, tag the wiki, and change the wiki description.

    3. Click OK.
