How do I add and remove wiki members?
You can add and remove wiki members if you are the owner or a Manager of the wiki. You can also change a member's access.
Do the following to add, remove, or edit the access of wiki members:
- Open the wiki.
- Expand the Site Tools section in the lower left.
- Click Members and Roles.
- Do any of the following:
Option Description To add a member or group
- Click Add Members.
- Select one of these access levels:
- Editor: Editors can read, edit, comment, create, recommend, and delete pages.
- Reader: Readers can read and recommend pages.
- Manager: Managers can read, edit, comment, create, recommend, and delete pages, tag the wiki, and change the wiki description.
- Type the name and select it.
- Click Add groups.
- Select Editor, Reader, or Manager.
- Type the name and select it.
- Click OK.
To remove a member
- Click the Remove link below their name.
- Click OK.
To change member access
- Click Edit below their name.
- Select one of these access levels:
- Editor: Editors can read, edit, comment, create, recommend, and delete pages.
- Reader: Readers can read and recommend pages.
- Manager: Managers can read, edit, comment, create, recommend, and delete pages, tag the wiki, and change the wiki description.
- Click OK.
