Downloading a file
Use the My Files widget to download files that you have posted to the Files feature.
After uploading a file to the Files feature, if you want to view the latest version of the file or work on it some more, you can use the My Files widget to download the file.To download a file...
- Click Download this file next to the file that you want to download.
- Do one of the following:
- In Microsoft Internet Explorer:
- To open the file, click Open.
- To save a local copy of the file, click Save and browse to the required location.
- In Mozilla Firefox:
- To open the file, click Open with, select the program with which you want to open the file, and click OK.
- To save the file, click Save File and click OK.
