Delete responses to discussion topics
If you change your mind about a response you've posted to a discussion topic, you can delete it from the discussion thread.
Anyone who has posted a response to a discussion topic can delete the reply. This action deletes the message content only; a placeholder for the entry is still visible in the forum, but the entry is marked as deleted. When deleting a topic response, you have the option of entering a reason for deleting the topic. - Click Discussion Forum to open the discussion forum page.
- Select the topic for which you want to delete the response.
- Click Delete under the response that you want to remove.
- Optional: Enter a reason for deleting the response.
- Click Delete again.
