Failure to open external links in ITCAM launchpad on the UNIX System
The problem: Failure to open external links in ITCAM launchpad and the following error message is displayed in the console of the launchpad on the UNIX system:
"/usr/dt/bin/dtksh" not foundThe solution: You must use Mozilla browser at least once before clicking the external links in ITCAM launchpad. Type command mozilla in the console and accept the license agreement which is displayed, then run the launchpad again.
