CYNCR9100E: The installation program cannot connect to the specified database.


Explanation

An error occured when the installation program try to connect to the specified database.


Operator response

Ensure that the database is running and accessible in the network. Confirm that the information you entered for the database is correct before you continue the installation. If the error still exist, it may be caused by some environment errors of OS or Database. To resolve this error, review the installation trace log file, trace-install.log, for more information about the failure. The log file is located in the common logging directory.
