Explanation
Communications between the Managing Server and data collector may not be functioning.
Operator response
- Verify that the host name or IP address that you specified for the data collector is correct.
- Verify that the Managing Server can resolve the host name or IP address of the data collector.
- Verify that the firewall is enabled on the data collector machine.
- Verify that the RMI Port Number and Controller RMI Port Number are not blocked by firewall software on the data collector host machine.
