Explanation

Check the hosts file to make sure that it has a valid IP address and host name. On Windows operating systems, this file is %SystemRoot%/system32/drivers/etc/hosts and on UNIX operating systems, it is /etc/hosts. Edit this file if necessary and retry to connect Managing Server.
