Explanation
The URL of the WebSphere caching proxy must be specified in the following format:
protocol://hostname:portnumber
...where:
- protocol has one of the following values:
- http if the WCP is not a secure server
- https if the WCP is a secure server
- hostname is the fully qualified name of the host computer for the WCP
- (optional)portnumber is a valid port number that the WCP can use to communicate with the 5.2 management server.
Example: https://imsserver.it.company.com:443
